“Done for myself, but distributed by A.A.A. Scene in western Nebraska – Sand Hills country. It was made during a trip through the plains country, Neb, The Dakotas, Eastern Wyoming and Montana – with Col. Graham U.S.A. and a Veterinarian – buying quarter horses for French light artillery. Many drawings were done on this expedition. The trip was in the late summer of 1939.”
