“Again John Steinbeck’s – Grapes of Wrath. I was asked by the Fox Film Co. to make studies of how the “Grapes of Wrath” people should appear. This is one of these. The original drawings of these people were made in Eastern Oklahoma and north western Arkansas but I changed them a little so they would not be recognizable.”
